At Hexzon Health we pride ourselves on the high standard of our staff with no exception.

 

Careers are thoroughly vetted through a rigorous interview process, an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and barring service) checks are required to provide 3 references from previous employers. They also go through Hexzon Health training and induction to ensure they share the same vision of the company before they are employed.

We provide care support round the clock depending on your needs. Our regular working hours starts from 7am until 3pm and in the evening from 4pm until 10pm. Visit time ranges from minimum of 30 minutes onwards, however it may vary depending on each service user’s needs. Please contact us if you require more information. 

Our cares are vetted for medication management after undergoing rigorous medication management training.  We also source specialist training in cases of complex medication requirements too.

Hexzon Health Carers will carry an identity badge with them too and wear our blue or olive coloured uniform. Our careers are very professional, polite, pleasant, and friendly leaving a lasting memory once you have had contact with them. 

We usually assign a small team of carers to you depending on your care needs. We also appreciate that sometimes it may not be possible to maintain the team when factoring holidays or other reasons. Be assured that any replacement will only provide the same standard of professionalism. Your original carers are rarely missed.   

We always endeavour to provide extra or emergency cover at short notice. We are on call 24 hours even after office closing hours. 

Hexzon Health carers are more than happy to assist with domestic task as part of the service we provide. Please note that our carers can only assist with equipment in your house as we do not carry cleaning equipment to client houses.

Hexzon Health work closely with the local council or other funding agencies responsible for your care for funding. If there is any change to funding, that may affect the care we provide as may occur depending on the circumstances. We will be transparent in sharing the information with you and ensure that any change is managed seamlessly that the care we provide continues to meet your needs.

You can pay for you care via standing order or by cheque. Please do not pay our careers directly.
